Please note that if you are selected for the shortlist, your abstract will be posted on the festival's social media channels and announced to the audience before the film screening.

If the film is shortlisted, the availability of MDL will help us to provide it with blind-composing for the visually impaired and subtitles for the hearing-impaired.

A text document with a tiflo commentary or a ready-made film with a voiced tiflo commentary (if available). All films in the competition program are adapted for the blind. The presence of a tiflo commentary will speed up our work.
